Went to Philly today just to try out the Naked Chocolate Cafe which is said to be the best chocolate place in the Philadelphia area. I purchased $20 worth of chocolate.. mmm!:)I have to be honest that their signature pieces... I have had better. But the melted chocolate that you sip/scoop (it looks like hot coco) is TO DIE FOR as is this piece of chocolate that had hot peppers in it, YUM!:)
