Two years ago I read an article in which a woman went into business sending out for others anonymous snail mail cards to people with a message. Most often it were messages of dislike. Say a girl pays this woman to send her exboyfriend a card, anonymously, saying "No one likes you, you are a jerk". The thought crossed my mind several times to do it to my wonderful (sarcastic voice) neighbor who happens to yell at her husband if he trys to say hello to us. But of course I wouldn't do it.
So instead in the spirit of Easter I sent her a Bible anonymously as a gift and gester to find some lukewarm spot in her stone heart. And no, if you are wondering nothing of me was stated in the request and I made sure it didn't come back to me. It was sent to her by her. I know, I could have been mean and asked it from a certain church that has missionaries drop them off, but like I said I wanted to send a small thought in hopes to see a change. If not, it is time to send in some holy water.
