Mmmm good! #9

Since I am now eating pecatarian to go towards my once again attempt to vegetarianism I was very happy when my friend Jenny invited to meet up for dinner tonight at Bonefish Grill. I never been there and have been dying to try it out. Worth the wait!:) I am usually a salmon girl although I have tried most fishes. Growing up in my family you were born with a crab leg in your mouth. My mom taught us the enjoyment of eating seafood. So tonight I tried something I never have had - rainbow trout. I had theirs encrusted with pistachio and topped with artichoke hearts. The fish was delicious and it almost looked like the fish on the restaurant's sign... minus the bones of course.
