I am one of those people that abide by most rules like second nature. I can not sit in a car seat with out having a seatbelt. I always use my foot to hit the handle on public toilets - never touch them with my hands. So I guess if its good for my overall health I make it a habit. My biggest pet peeve is manners. I can not stand rude people. If you cut me off in traffic send me a wave to thank me for not crashing into you. If I open the door for you say thank you, don't just walk in like I am your servant. This is why I love the South... they know manners more than most of the rest of the country. So in my manners section of habits I always make a point to spit my used gum into a tissue or remove it with my finger tips and place it in a garbage basket. So tonight I really went against my rule-abiding ways and did something DISGUSTING!! I took my used gum and stuck it under an old bench like kids do. I wanted to experience what it feels like to be so gross, haaa. I felt like a bad 9 yr old boy doing it. The funny part was my gum wasn't sticky enough and it fell onto the floor, so I ended up picking it up with a tissue and tossing it the RIGHT WAY.
Yum

haha to the gum thing. I am also a big seat belt, and manners person. Im originally from Ohio and just moved here to CA, and the one major thing I noticed is the people here are soooo rude. My husband and I keep saying how nice of an area this would be if the people we nice too. The people make the place....you know. I sometimes wonder if it's because we are somewhat young too, that we dont get treated the way we would treat others.
