Since I was a teen I always make a point to watch the movies that win the best awards and I have always agreed with them. So this year I watched No Country For Old Men and liked it, but J. didn't. I decided to give There Will Be Blood because Daniel Day Lewis is my favorite actor and I just wanted to see the movie. I ended up thinking, for the first time, that the Academy was wrong. WOW! That movie was fantastic. It was slow and deep, but that is what I feel really wins the awards.
